Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure this is the cheapest roundtrip flight ever found between Vancouver and Paris. And it's in June too.
Here's how to find it...

Air Transat just released a really cheap airfare to Cancun, Mexico. Here's how to find it...

UPDATE: Flights from Vancouver to Chicago (ORD) and Washington, D.C. (DCA) have also dropped to this price, on the same dates, on Delta.
I'm seeing some very cheap flights to Newark's (EWR) airport on Delta at the moment. I believe these might actually be as cheap as I've ever seen from Vancouver, about 55% cheaper than usual.
It looks to be just select dates in March/April/May, here's some that I've found using Kayak...
AirCanadaVacations just drastically slashed the price of their Jan 15-22 flight from Vancouver to Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo (ZIH) airport down to $218 roundtrip after taxes.

Air Transat looks to have just dropped most of their Tuesday to Tuesday flights between now and mid-March from Vancouver to Panama City (PTY) down to $499 roundtrip after taxes.
That's a good 33% lower than the usual bottom price to Panama.
To find them, take a look at http://www.airtransat.ca
So I found a flight to Bogota, Colombia (BOG) for $477.50 roundtrip after taxes that leaves in April of 2012. Over 55% cheaper than the cheapest flights to Colombia usually cost, and probably the cheapest flight to South America I've ever seen from Vancouver.
When you hear 'Colombia' it's hard not to think of the stereotypes: drugs, kidnappings, crime. But when you actually do the research, the dangers seem to be more cliché than reality.
The more I travel, the more I find that the reputations of 'dangerous' places have been greatly exaggerated, usually from people that have never actually stepped foot inside the country.
Anyways, this deal just made me think about whether or not I would be afraid to visit Colombia. I think perhaps earlier on in my traveling days it would have been a destination that I would have been a little scared to to visit. Not so much now. In fact, I'd probably go just to see the crazy, multi-colored river (Cano Cristales) pictured above.
There seems to be some *very* cheap flights to Guangzhou, China showing on Vayama.ca at the moment, particularly for September/October 2012 travel.

There's a few freak fares to Kauai, Hawaii (LIH) from November 30 to December 4, 5, or 6 that are down to $368 roundtrip after taxes.
Kauai is usually a little more expensive to get to than Honolulu, and tends to bottom out at around $500-$550 roundtrip after taxes for the cheapest flights from Vancouver. So this one is about 25-30% cheaper than it ever usually gets.
Kauai is also one of the most beautiful places on earth. Try this Google image search if you don't believe me.

Vancouver is currently experiencing a *massive* drop in prices to various U.S. cities thanks to an unadvertised sale on United.
The cuts are extremely large, and apparently available throughout 2011 and 2012 on a large variety of dates.

October flights to Glasgow, Scotland look to have dropped to records lows, down to around $560 roundtrip after taxes from Calgary or Vancouver, making them the cheapest flights to Scotland this year.
(Those $533 flights to Amsterdam in September still hold the record for cheapest flights to Europe)
